Although he officially graduated in May, we wanted to see Greg walk down the aisle in cap and gown. He “walked” in the Summer Commencement ceremony at USF in Tampa. Following a simple party in his apartment he climbed into his Toyota Camry and headed out on a five week odyssey to visit friends, family, and grad schools and to travel as far north and east as Cape Cod and as far west as Tucson.
Bath, England is an amazingly inviting place with deep deep history. One little day trip isn’t anywhere near enough but we did enjoy delving into the history of the Roman Baths, basking in the beauty of Bath Abbey, and topping our visit off with Tea and Bath Buns!
Today’s excursion to The Victoria & Albert Museum established in 1857 gave us a glimpse into the Victorian world and a chance to see some glorious originals and copies up close.
With Karen’s sister, niece, and her family we visited Stotfold England to walk in the footsteps of ancestors and to explore a lovingly restored historic water mill.
