We’ve been dreaming of it, and planning for it, and negotiating for it. Now, finally we have done it. We’ve ordered a new camper! It’s a T@B Clamshell, a larger teardrop trailer with an exterior kitchen. We’ve specified a few unique modifications including an exterior access door for under-bench storage as well as a larger wardrobe and a bank of drawers in the cabin. Another benefit of ordering it custom is that we can specify the exterior colors (silver and black) and interior upholstery fabric (dark reddish beige). Now we have several weeks to wait impatiently until we can take it on it’s maiden voyage.
