Another cuisine that just can’t be found in Jackson County is Vietnamese, so this unseasonably warm evening Mary & Stan ventured with us to Pho-R-Us on Hendersonville Road. We two were hankering for some of that Vietnamese noodle soup and wanted to introduce our friends to it. We learned a couple things tonight. One is that Pho is not for everyone . Another is that sometimes you have to spice up the soup. We enjoyed it and will likely go back for more when we are in the neighborhood. Curiously Greg & Rachel who introduced us to this great food also had Pho for supper on this cold Boston night!
