We’re headed to the Pacific! We spent some time this morning looking at the map of the USA and possible routes and waypoints as well as time frames. Currently we’re traveling west through Ohio into Indiana more or less following US-30, The Lincoln Highway. In accordance with our desire to keep a leisurely pace, we’ve stopped to find a couple of geocaches. One was named Westward Ho! At the next one which was a cool tribute to the cache owner’s Dad, we picked up a travel bug that coincidentally is a tribute to the TB owner’s Dad! The game of Geocaching adds yet another dimension to the adventure of a cross country road trip!
Bletchley Park
It was at Bletchley Park that the Allied Codebreakers deciphered German military messages during the Second World War. A free guided tour gave us a good overview of the campus and the activities that occurred here from 1938 to 1945.
