Sunday marked the 68th Wedding Anniversary for Karen’s Uncle Jack and Aunt Flo and we wanted to be a part of the family celebration in Salt Lake City, Utah. We were able to park our T@B on the street and enjoy Anne & Con’s hospitality for a couple of nights, enjoy visits and listen to family stories. On Sunday John and Lynn hosted the gang which also included Jean as well as Peter and his three children. It’s been a great chance to build relationship with far flung family, to collaborate on preserving the family history, and to share the wealth of information we’ve collected. Now, too soon, the visit is over. We just have to make sure another happens again soon.
Fenton House and Spaniards Inn
A lovely way to spend a Sunday in Hampstead. We visited the historic Fenton House to view lots of lovely collectibles, to listen to and learn about harpsicords, and to tour and linger in the garden before heading off to the historic Spaniard’s Inn for a most delectable Sunday Roast.
So much fun to visit with you, cousin! I know we’ll stay in touch. Love to you both!
