Today was a gentle day. The house is in order and we had the opportunity to sleep until we wanted to get up! We started the day with a leisurely swim in the pool and decided that this house has been a wonderful place to visit for the last fifteen years! We continued the dejunking in the garage, talked with neighbors, played double solitaire with Matt, hosted Susan for dinner, went to Swing dance, and talked with Greg as to whether or not Boston College would be a good move for this Fall.

Our own excursion took us on a coach journey through the streets of the capital city to visit a Wolof village and the shore of Lake Retba, the salty lake famed for an intense pink color.
