An Eldorado Character

For the past five months or so, Bill has been logging many steps. In fact today he passed the 1300 mile mark since he began using his FitBit in mid-January. Most of his walks are in the neighborhood and as protection against the sun, he wears a white hat, long sleeved white shirt, and white slacks. Apparently motorists whizzing by notice this white garbed figure as Bill pursues a healthier lifestyle. He came to this realization when a woman approached him yesterday in a store near downtown Santa Fe and asked him if he was the “that guy in white who walks in Eldorado”?

For our two day visit we opted to concentrate on African wildlife visiting the Aquila Private Game Reserve and the Boulders Beach Penguin Colony for a wonderful chance to these fabulous animals in their own habitat.
