Our route today is taking us across southern Vermont. We paused to unsuccessfully search for a geocache but loved exploring the covered bridge in Brattleboro. Just outside of town we did indeed discover a cache near the Chelsea Royal Diner and took the opportunity to sample their incredible Maple Walnut Ice Cream! The countryside is beautiful!
For our first adventure together on the Emerald Isle, we walked the streets of Cobh, County Cork, explored St Colman’s Cathedral, and visited the Cobh Heritage Center.
Our brief stop in Portland Port in Dorset, England yielded just enough time to get a tiny taste of the historic town of Weymouth, a Cream Tea, and a desire to return.
After a guided bus tour of the City of Belfast we visited the Titanic Belfast Museum located at the Harlan & Wolff shipyard where the great ship was built.
