Hurricane Tire Pros

2014 West then East, Road Trip, States, Utah

We realized this morning that Gigi, our little gypsy wagon needed new shoes. Generally tires that size need to be ordered. We were wondering where we’d find a place that could get them in tomorrow and we could camp nearby. We were in luck! We stopped at Beard Tire Center in beautiful downtown Hurricane, Utah at 11AM and left with new tires installed at 11:35AM. Not only did they have tires in stock but we had a choice of nylon ply or radials. These guys were professional, courteous, and quick. We recommend them. Now for a quick lunch at JB’s across the street and the making of a plan for todays’s further adventures!

Bletchley Park

Bletchley Park

It was at Bletchley Park that the Allied Codebreakers deciphered German military messages during the Second World War. A free guided tour gave us a good overview of the campus and the activities that occurred here from 1938 to 1945.

Fenton House and Spaniards Inn

Fenton House and Spaniards Inn

A lovely way to spend a Sunday in Hampstead. We visited the historic Fenton House to view lots of lovely collectibles, to listen to and learn about harpsicords, and to tour and linger in the garden before heading off to the historic Spaniard’s Inn for a most delectable Sunday Roast.
