Transition Time

Road Trip

We have been at home at Tween Creeks for ten weeks but this morning we are transitioning to at home in the T@B. We have spent the last few days tying up loose ends and surveying each room several times to make sure we have remembered everything we will need to keep us happy, healthy, and productive for the nearly ten weeks we expect to be on the road this trip. Our route today will be interstate through Atlanta and hopefully as far as Montgomery through a rainstorm that’s blanketing the southeast right now. We’re hoping to make it into New Orleans tomorrow afternoon!

Thanks! We’ve left the traffic of Atlanta behind and may soon drive out from under this crazy rainstorm. Hopefully we’ll see clear skies soon!

We made it to the Top of the World, or at least the northernmost land mass in Europe, Magerøya Island. On our coach tour we learned much about the natural history and the cultures of this starkly beautiful place.
