Sunday afternoon is the time when the smoking happens. Brisket and turkey breast on the smoker under Steve’s supervision. Bill’s going to be braising the ribs. The Boston butts are chilling in the fridge awaiting their turn over the smoking coals. All this for tomorrow. Meanwhile there’s mimosas and munchies in the kitchen, a puzzle in progress on the deck, a bit of swing dancing in the living room, and Holzman brats on the dinner menu.
Bletchley Park
It was at Bletchley Park that the Allied Codebreakers deciphered German military messages during the Second World War. A free guided tour gave us a good overview of the campus and the activities that occurred here from 1938 to 1945.
