Arriving in London in the middle of a Tube strike presented a bit of a challenge in making our way to Hampstead but once the we were warmly welcomed and had a good excuse to spend our first full day just enjoying the comforts of Hampstead and La Gaffe.

With a hotel stay just around the corner from the east end of Wall Street we had an ideal location to visit an Aussie Pub, walk the waterfront, explore Wall Street for a bit before ferrying over to the Brooklyn Cruise terminal for embarkation aboard Queen Mary 2 bound for Southampton.
